    Kids Team Program Starting in February- Broadview Branch Library

    A program for 5th and 6th graders called Smart Textiles at the Library is starting in February at the Seattle Public Library, Broadview Branch.

    In this series of workshops, students will participate & make circuits, program them to make their textile creation light up, react to sensors, make light patterns and more. In partnership with UW iSchool students and The Seattle Public Library, this program will introduce students to concepts regarding circuitry and e-textiles: the use of fabric with electronics to create smart textiles.

    This program is for students in 5th & 6th grade. It will take place Mondays, 3:30pm to 5:30pm, from February 3 – April 6 2020 at the Broadview Branch Library.
